These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TravnCarry. By registering, signing in, posting a listing, responding to a listing or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About TravnCarry

TravnCarry is a technology platform that enables users to discover and coordinate directly with other users for intercity package-carrying opportunities. TravnCarry does not itself provide courier, transport, travel, logistics, storage or delivery services and does not act as a transport aggregator or transport operator.

2. Independent user arrangements

Senders and travellers are independent users. Any agreement concerning a package, journey, handover, payment, reimbursement or other arrangement is made directly between the relevant users. TravnCarry is not a party to those arrangements.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account information current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and must not impersonate another person, create misleading listings or use another person's account without permission.

4. Package and travel responsibility

The sender is responsible for the legality, ownership, contents, value, packaging and disclosure of the package. The traveller is responsible for deciding whether to accept a package and for complying with applicable law and the rules of the relevant transport provider. Users must independently agree on the handover location, timing, payment and other arrangements.

5. Prohibited items

Users must not list, request, carry or hand over illegal, stolen, counterfeit, hazardous, explosive, flammable, toxic, restricted or otherwise prohibited goods, or any item prohibited by applicable law or the relevant transport provider. TravnCarry may remove listings or restrict access where misuse or a policy violation is identified.

6. Listings and matching

Listings are user-provided information. TravnCarry does not guarantee that a suitable match will be available, that a traveller will accept a package, that a journey will occur, or that a package will be delivered by a particular time or in a particular condition.

7. Payments and disputes

Users are responsible for agreeing payment terms and completing payments directly unless an expressly identified TravnCarry payment service is made available. TravnCarry does not guarantee payment, delivery, reimbursement or performance of an arrangement between users. Users should resolve disputes directly and may use any lawful remedies available to them.

8. Platform role and liability

TravnCarry provides the technology and marketplace functionality through which users can discover and communicate with one another. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TravnCarry is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, non-delivery, cancellation, injury, fraud, misrepresentation, missed travel, payment disputes or other consequences arising from user-to-user arrangements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use TravnCarry to commit or facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, impersonation, circumvention of platform controls, unauthorised access, interference with the platform, or any activity that creates a safety or legal risk. TravnCarry may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or compliance with applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

The TravnCarry name, branding, website design, software, content and platform features are owned by or licensed to TravnCarry and may not be copied, modified, distributed or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the TravnCarry Privacy Policy. You agree that information may be processed for account administration, platform operation, communications, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

TravnCarry may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable law, safety requirements or our operating practices. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice through the platform or another appropriate method. Updated Terms will apply from the date stated in the published version. If you continue to use TravnCarry after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.

13. Termination

You may stop using TravnCarry at any time. TravnCarry may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or compliance with applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

15. Acceptance

By registering for or using TravnCarry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

TravnCarry respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect and how we may use it when you use the platform.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use TravnCarry, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, account details, listing information, travel and route information, package information you choose to provide, communications, and technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.

2. How we use information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Enable users to discover and coordinate listings.
• Communicate important account, listing and platform information.
• Prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents.
• Maintain, improve and secure the platform.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing

Information may be shared with other users where necessary to enable a listing or user-to-user arrangement, and with service providers, professional advisers, authorities or other parties where permitted or required by law.

4. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate requirements for retaining information. You may also withdraw consent where the applicable legal basis is consent and where withdrawal is legally available.

5. Security and retention

TravnCarry uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, contractual or legal requirements, dispute resolution and security.

6. Children

TravnCarry is not intended for persons who are not legally permitted to enter into the applicable arrangements. Do not create an account or use the platform if you are not legally able to agree to these Terms.

7. Policy updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on the platform will apply to your continued use.
